Sometimes all you need is a little encouragement. Sometimes it seems all you are getting is advice, sometimes it seems everyone wants to you do more, better, try harder, when all you need is a little encouragement rather than being bossed around.

That is what this blog is all about. A place you can come to get a little encouragement.

As a corporate speaker and professional MC, people often ask if they can sit next to me every day at work...not possible of course, but what they are really after is that feel good message on a regular basis. That's right..a little encouragement.

My mother is well known for her statement "why be difficult when with a little encouragement you can be impossible". It has been something that has entranced her grandchildren who think it is naughty and cheeky..but it is soooo right.
